First Luggage is amazing! I often have 8-10 pieces of luggage when I go between London & NYC so rather than going through the ordeal of getting them to LHR/JFK & dealing with BA charging me a fortune I just use First Luggage & have done since the company was established many moons ago. I have nothing but positive things to say about them & certainly wouldn't describe them as a 'cowboy establishment'.
