JW Marriott and Renessaince do give points for room rate and food and drinks expenses but if I'm not mistaken this is only the case if you have a room as well.

You get points as well for arranging meetings at Marriott Properties but I don't think you get points if you just drop by and take a lunch or have some drinks.

I'm not an expert, never tried this myself, so I might be wrong.
