As a longtime UA flier, should I try CO BusinessFirst? I like the new UA seats but I have to say the poor and disrespectful service is becoming old. I assume the miles will count toward lifetime status but, if not, I'd like to know.
CO's entire 757-200 and 777-200 fleets are now equipped with the new BF seats and they are very comfortable. However, the 767-200 and 767-400 fleets still have archaic recliner seats which will hurt your back on flights longer than 7 hours.
