I have always preferred the Sheraton...even pre-remodeling. I have always received much better upgrades at the Sheraton (typically to suites or junior suites). The views at the Sheraton are amazing (think top three floor with a view of the Charles River and/or Fenway Park).

The Sheraton also has a lounge. The Sheraton has a far, far better gym. With the relative ease at securing an upgrade, the Sheraton is a clear winner in my book.
