Apparently thunderstorms passed through PHL earlier - traffic was stopped about 30 minutes. They could be adding fuel to make up for what was burned waiting or there could be some other problem. I'd have to do some checking to see if there was a possibility that the crew was going to exceed their allowable duty time before arriving in TLV.
