Steve, I've called them a couple times and the answer is kind of vague. A mini lease is actually individual 30 day contracts, however, in it's entirety it can be viewed as a single long term lease (I believe). I was very honest and up front with them and I got the reps opinion, but that's about it. I am going to write them and request an answer in writing so that I've got something more definate one way or the other.
