The last time we had someone travelling for long periods of time to the same location and looked into something like this, we found out that the credit card insurance coverage was voided if the rental was more than 30 days long. It wasn't a Diners Club, so that might provide different/better coverage. Getting past that, this sounds pretty good when I look at what I'm paying for personal ppty tax, insurance, maintenance, etc.
