Maybe CO catering needs to be brought up to UA standards? I had yogurt AND jam on YVR-SFO this am, an 800 mile flight.
That would be an improvement on the new "Standard" for CO. Today's flight at least had the jam, and in the little minature jar as opposed to the crappy plastic packet that they sometimes do.
Also of interest on today's flight is that by the time we left there were a number of upgrades and only 1 person on the waitlist. I guess no one pays for transcon F anymore so plenty of upgrades.
