I was talking about recurrent training. You have to have some of that along with the covert testing program.
Is covert testing of screeners done to determine how they interact with travelers or is it just testing to see what items can be introduced.
What I am suggesting is a person just posing as a traveler evaluating the screeners performance or each screeners performance who the came in contact with. If the person is known to be an evaluator then this would not work.
