I flew FCO-MAD in December and they had a priority check-in as well as a priority security line. I know they gave us a pass for the lounge. I can't remember if we received a pass for the priority security or if it was noted on our boarding pass. It was very early so there were really no lines for anything. The priority security line was separate from the regular security line.
