King Room was not gauranteed.
Internet was not complimentary for Platinum.
Breakfast was not free for Platinum.

Of course called the Platinum line and all these charges are being reversed but flying your wife across the continent to not sleep together on a 9 day romantic trip to Italy is kind of annoying.

Did get 'upgraded' to larger St Peters facing room...

Free shuttle into Rome is very very big deal though, and always on time and courteous drivers.

Metro into town from Gemecelli station... Station was very very sketchy; spray paint every where, no maintenance, not even advertising is maintained there. However, 20 min max ride into Rome Termini. (Keep in mind you need to switch at M red line to get to Termini the Metro from Gemecelli station does not go direct)

We took Metro from Gemecelli 1 stop towards Rome to Builgari (<SP?) and ate at Caprelli which was far better then Restaurant food in hotel.

FYI Last free shuttle from Rome to Hotel is 8:30pm
