Hope they are reasonable. I have never heard of inter-Florida rentals having drop charges so you might stand a chance once you speak to someone in person. Hopefully its just an automatic computer over ride.

One thought that has come to mind. Did your rental have out of state plates? The computer may have treated it like an out of state return?
