In post #10, you said $100 all in. If you subtract y50 (airport construction fee) and y110 (current fuel surcharge for flights that aren't really short) from y650, you end up at y490.

Regarding award tickets, I've never had to pay fuel surcharges before, but always get hit with the airport construction fees.
