I just had my fourth stay at this property. As has aleady been said, it's a fairly typical HP. A few notes: it's in a strip mall shopping center with some big box stores. Not much food nearby. Weekends, it attracts lots of families and a few school 'field trips'. Breakfast service is probably 20% above the average (that's the service; same food). I've never had any Diamond amenity (points or other) here. There are some signs of weak maintence: the vinyl sheeting/coating in my tub was coming up this week.

The fitness center had the deluxe Life Fitness stuff (don't know model numbers, but the ellipticals and bikes have the course simulation thing). And, mercifully, the fitness center has reasonably sized towels (minus the StayFit logo); sure beats the beach towels at some HPs.

Front desk staff is, again, about 20% above average. I'll take this place over the Silicon Valley/Fremont HP, despite the absence of a diamond amenity.
