JFK-PDX is one of several special transcon routes out of JFK on DL branded as "Business" class (not "BusinessElite", and so gets slightly upgraded food options and complimentary lounge access (vs other domestic F).
As others have pointed out, it's a standard F seat (comfy vs Y but "only" 38" pitch), and the food won't be nearly as good as international F/J or even the super-special JFK-LAX/SFO transcons. The AVOD-equipped 73H often gets swapped out on these routes for a non-AVOD equipped plane.
For lounges, Oasis T4 is definitely the best, but if you want to stay airside T2 usually has quiet seats in the back, and T3 gate 6 (upstairs) has a good view of the airfield.
