The LAS location has been great - beyond great! On the first rental there two girls from the office actually came out to my car to greet me. On subsequent rentals the car has always been upgraded and ready. The shuttle driver loads the bags in the trunk and I am on my way. Major time savings at LAS - Usually the easiest part of the trip.
