Well, 7D does offer substantially more legroom than 4F. In fact, 7D offers the most legroom of any passenger seat on the S80.

If it were a non-meal flight, and if 7E were unoccupied, I might consider it. Those F seats are rather cramped, plus I prefer the aisle because I get up throughout the flight to use the lav, chat with the FAs, walk a bit to reduce the risk of DVT, etc.
