I had a one-night stay at the Sheraton Pleasanton last Saturday and I have no complaints. The lounge was open, breakfast was good and plentiful, and the hostess was very nice. Jon at the front desk was very accommodating and friendly.

My room was on the sixth floor next to the lounge. I returned from dinner about 11 p.m. and there was a group of jocks in the lounge, making enough noise that I assume they had just won a game or were living vicariously from some sporting event they were watching on TV. They could be heard in the hallway and in my room. I put the TV on and read some email, so they weren't disturbing my sleep and they departed the lounge shortly after midnight. Just a minor annoyance.

So, I have no hesitation about returning to this hotel, but I'll remember not to stay again in Room 613.
