Umm, ok!? That thread does nothing but speaks to the problem the OP reported in this thread. It does not answer the question I posted.
Why does the e-receipt and "print itinerary" show Upgrade: Pending on 3 out of four of my segments? And is the fact that I'm missing Upgrade: Pending on one of the segments on the e-receipt mean I'm not in the upgrade queue even though that segment does show Upgrade: Pending when I look at the reservation online?
