#1 - About 30-35 minutes, about every 15 minutes. It may not be as quick as taking the Airport Express train and switch to taxi (which may save you 5-10 minutes, tops), but cheaper and no transfer necessary.

#2 - You can't get to airside.

#3 - No need to check 22" luggage. Just leave the bags in front or behind the seating area.
