I have a CO-ticketed, CO-coded, wholly UA-operated itin in May. All four legs show First (NF) but I'm actually in E+ and all four show upgrade pending on the reservation. However, if I go to Print Itinerary or View e-receipt the first leg is not showing Upgrade: Pending but the remaining three are.

I'm guessing my upgrade for the first leg will still process as normal if NF is available at 72 hours. But I thought I'd check with the experts here. Why would the e-receipt not show Upgrade: Pending but the reservation does on the website?

Should I call UA and get this sorted out?

Note: I have a different four segment itin that has Upgrade: Pending on all four segments in the reservation *and* on the e-receipt.

Thanks,
RM
