If you are located in Holland its pretty straightforward; just go to any local supermarket that offers TNT services and you can send the thing for 6 bucks or so. Which still leaves 20 euro discount (Or 30 if you also count the 10 euro booking fee that is charged at klm.nl).
For other KLM bookings originating from AMS, use klm.be ...no extra charges for credit card.
