Are you a US cardholder? If so, they've been removed. There's an amendment on the cardholder agreement that specifies the fees don't apply to Centurion and Platinum. Pull up your online account and look at the terms there and you'll see the changed T&C. Several of us have reported successfully using our cards abroad and not being charged the fee since 27 March 2011.

If you're not a US cardholder, then you're probably still stuck with the fees.
