for ladies:

I would solve the waist band problem by wearing SNUG dancewear as undies under my regular clothes:

leggings,

short sleeve, medium-height necked leotard over the leggings.

Only the collar is accessible & I'd braid my hair tight so they don't mess with it. No metal hair clips, just rubberband at the end of the braid.

Any questions, I'd say I'm a dancer (it's true, too )

For guys:

Jumpsuit is a great idea; if jeans and Tshirt, buy a long one that goes to the crotch and tuck it into the pants beforehand.

(re-used rubber gloves, gross/contagious/ugh )
