On my first opt-out in SAN I was wearing pants and a T-shirt.
When he described the pat-down, I told him under no circumstances is he to touch my skin around my waist.
Well he got the mgr, etc., but it came down to just putting the T-shirt in my pants, and he never went farther than half a finger nail depth on my waistband.
Some women wear even less around the mid-section, but if they're getting on a plane....be prepared.
