Has anyone had success restoring expired SonyRewards points? I visit the site all the time and stupidly didn't pay attention to the odd expiration rules. (I earn points every week but points expire yearly regardless.) They can't be bothered to send an email reminder, unlike MyCokeRewards, but they can spam me about everything else. I just lost them this month. Customer service won't budge, so I think I'm out of luck. Thanks.
