Just my experience. On CO flights this month (8 flights), as a 1K all upgrades 100%, even on 777 on EWR-IAH twice, and my IAH-PDX flights. Most of the time, was upgraded on day of flight, but a few in advance(a few days). My experience was food was better than UA (I never flew CO untill this year), better presentation. I also like the free directTV (on flights that have it) and AVOD on the 777 many more choices than UA). Its also interesting that you can see the upgrade listing online (after check in) in the CO web site. It will interesting to see if the add DirectTV to UA flights, and on international 777, if they keep CO AVOD programs, which I like.
