I don't really understand what you're asking, but I assume it has to do with how you rent a car if you're under 25.

I'm under 25 and rent cars all the time using my firm's corporate account number. It's in our rental agreement that we can rent even if under 25 years old. The first time I rented a car, Avis couldn't find the special "under 25" remark but they eventually did and made note of it in my Wizard/Preferred account so I wouldn't have any problems in the future.
