I'm guessing that the theory is that the GA who's checking people in the regular lane can step in if someone has operational problems; like the supermarket clear who supervises four separate check-out terminals.

I'm wondering what happens if you scan your BP and you're not SkyPriority, or your zone hasn't been called. Are you blocked, or does it let you through so you don't hold up the line?
