on phone now after "billing processing error" following confirmation of this fare w/ confirmation # provided. Currently on hold. . . asked to send screen shots of fare confirmation (which I just did). . .they are making me grind this out. Now 30 minutes on the phone. Nice CSA though (so far). . .Now she's requesting that I send Session ID (just did that). Closing in on 45 minutes on the phone. . .Confirmed now. . .sort of. . .subject to some further review but CSA says the screen shots + session i.d. should be conclusive (which is true). So it looks like I got in just under the wire [fingers crossed].
