Question How do you forward itinerary to another person / email?

I purchased a BS flight recently, and during the purchase I populated the "email to other people to let them know you're coming" with the email I wanted the itinerary to be sent to. I even took a screenshot during the purchase process and verified that I had put the correct email address in the field.

However, the person never received an email with my itinerary.

Now I'm logged into Southwest.com, looking at my trip, and I can't see ANYWHERE that I can click on "send the itinerary to another person" option, like you used to be able to do during RR 1.0.

Does anyone know where on earth this feature is, and has this problem affected anyone else?

EDIT: ok I kind of figured this out - very convoluted: you have to click on "Air" then "View Reservation", and then type in your reservation #, name, etc. From there once you view the reservation, there is a tiny icon that says "print / email" that you have to click on, and then there is a pop-up to add e-mail to send.

I populated the email field to send...we'll see if the person I wanted this sent to actually gets it. This is very convoluted because when I click on "My Travel" on the right hand bar, and then click on my trip, there is NO option to email, only an option to print. Southwest should make this more consistent, so it allows you to email as well from the same screen. You have to hunt and peck to find the email feature.
