Is it hard to get upgrade for HKG- DXB flight? Will be in HKG only 2 days so i can't do it in advance.
Yes, miles will post when you reach HKG and you can use them for the upgrade.

It's easier to get an upgrade last minute, at check in or onboard. I can't comment about loads on the HKG flights though.
