The company I used to work for use CWT. Get the right person (I always asked for him!) and they were great, otherwise useless. I got to the stage where I did all the legwork and just read out flight numbers etc for them so they wouldn't mess up... and they still did occasionally!
In my new job we use Amex - incredibly similar service so far - I just haven't found the person who knows what they're doing yet!
