the 3 rows WTP is restricted to 3 awful aircraft - G-ZZZA,B & C - they are most easily identified by the 17F config and because of high loads in F often used on middle eastern routes (EWR seems to attract them as well)...
Yes higher op-up chance but the planes are in bad shape with crappy IFE
