LH Finland seems to be doing more fishy things:

I booked that fare from HEL online and canceled it again within an hour (so clearly within the 24 hour grace period LH grants for online booking cancellations). Amount charged was EUR 263.01 (I believe this included the TSC). The amount credited back to my credit card was EUR 88.01. PLUS there was another inexplicable charge days later of EUR 30. This does not make sense at all.
I hope you fight to get all the money back!
