From checkin to gate will largely depend on clearing security. If you have a late afternoon flight count on the security line to be long, especially if you can't use the premium passenger line. Trains run at least every 5 minutes and take a couple of minutes to get to C. DL's gates are close to the center of the concourse where the train platform is.
