When your credit card declines, you should have proof of that?
Whenever a credit card declines, a slip comes out that says it has been declined, So where is that please Mr. GM?
They should at least scan that and e-mail it to you with the 1st e-mail you got. Even though they don't have the right to cancel it 3 hours prior to your arrival.
Just talking here from a former auditor point of view.
