I'm afraid that is no longer free now either.

On a Rugby trip a while back I discovered the only free option is a prepaid Mastercard which will obviously cost but I don't know what the minimum charge/commission (s) to buy one in the first place.

The airline passenger is really getting hammered with everything these days.
