Personally, I had never such experience, last time in Paris a black Peugeot driver, well dressed with a black suit and white hand-clothes turned up on time, exactly on time.

One of my employees also flew from Vienna to Shanghai recently, chauffeur came perfectly on time, he mentioned and everything went smooth.

April 25 & 27 I did book chauffeur drive from and to the airport (New York, JFK), i hope everything goes smooth, but I believe that Emirates is delivering everything while meeting their highest standards as a five star airline carrier.
