I wouldn't go that far. It's not the best ship in the fleet, by a long shot. I don't like AVOD (it gets interrupted for multiple translations of fasten your seat belt--which happens a lot on this route) and the movies usually aren't to my liking.
I am a PDX guy, and I'd rather get the flight over with than get on another a/c just for a cushier seat, but that's just me. The "bus" is a bit nicer, but unless you're in BE, where the bus has lie-flats, I wouldn't quibble. Buy yourself an iPad and load it with movies.
The bulkhead is nice for knee and "face" room (no one reclines into your personal space) but lacks foot room. Meaning you can't stretch your legs, but you can move them around easily.
The exit row is cold, but as long as you are not in the window seat, it's not too bad. The whole plane tends to be on the cool side on longer flights so I always dress in layers anyway.
I just did this flight recently and my a/c did NOT have EC. The FA said she has been seeing EC "once in a while" and her comments suggested it might be about once per week, but not sure how well she knows this.
So I would suggest the outside aisle in the exit row. But never sit in an exit row if there is an exit row behind you as you won't be able to recline fully.
Good luck.
