I think it's been mentioned, but if not the Turnpike is only cashless in Dade County (Miami area). You can easily get to the Golden Glades interchange (#47) from the airport on the Palmetto or even city streets. With the proviso for the latter that Opa Locka is not a nice area and under no circumstances should you stop.
