Platinum Elite EEO Voucher Problem Denied Weeks Later
Extended stay at hotel (5 days) 2 seperate reservations. One for 3 days used a bonus buck. And closed out reservation. Started a new reservation using BOGO EEO certificate. No problems at the desk during my stay. (Other then they keep misplacing certificates, common occurance for me at Marriotts). Then 2 weeks later they charge my Credit Card for the second night. Call Hotel (desk & Accounting )and they say cant use EEO because bonus buck used on a continued earlier stay. No problems when I was checking in and out. Would never have used a bonus buck if there was a problem. Should have told me at checkin EEO invalid. Would have stayed somewhere else. How would you proceed from here.
