You can change the number when you are doing online checkin on Swiss.com.
(The buttom is just beside the "change your seat" button.
Otherwise you can do it at check-in at the airport.
At the very latest at the gate before boarding.
After the flights it will be very very difficulut to change as the miles will be credited and the programm will be stated on your boarding pass
