I have a flight departing tomorrow, and I decided that I want to deposit my miles to another FFP than the one originally typed in when making my booking on Swiss.com. Online, I was unable to do anything with it. And after calling the Senator hotline, they were still unable to do anything at there end. Does this mean that no changes are allowed or is there another way that I can change the FFP to which the miles are deposited to?
