...for an entire month starting 6/16 on SFO/LAX-JFK and starting 6/20 on JFK-LAX/SFO there isn't a single confirmable upgrade available on ps. Not on Saturdays, not mid-week, not even on July 4.

I guess this is how the new United takes care of its 1ks: exactly like the old United.

P.S. Same is true for 4 weeks beginning 8/6 on the outbound and 8/10 on return. I don't even dare check the time in the middle for fear of discovering that no confirmable ps upgrades are available all summer -- two months in advance.
