Dear BA fters,
I already have a BA ticketed reservation in CW from Italy to HKG.
while in HKG I'll need to go to KUL using CX.

On the way back, KUL-HKG should land at 21:30 and BA flight HKG-LHR will be at 23:15 leaving a 1:45 connection time.

My question is if it possible for BA to add this nested r/t in my current itinerary: in the unlucky event something goes wrong I should then be more cared for.

My current BA ticket is booked in I.
