I t used to be the case quite regularly out of India and Thailand that when there were empty F seats LH would offer Business Class passengers the chance to upgrade to F by paying a very reasobnable extra sum of money. Does this still happen out of India? Also does it happen out of the MUc/FRA and out of GRU? Empty planes flying these sectors next month when im flying, hence the question.
