It was probably the slowest HSIA I have encountered at any MI hotel in 3 years or more. When I went to print my boarding pass, the BP terminal kept locking up, so after three tries I went to the business center, where it took literally 10 minutes to print my BP's.

FWIW given the exec lounge isn't open on the weekend, if the i-net is that slow I'd drop them from my list & pick one of the other Chicago properties if rates were similar.
