If you get the new co bf seats those in my view are far better than the ua seats. I also prefer co's bf service overall compared to UA, better food, amenity kit etc.
As has been said earlier if you want to credit the miles to a European star FFP then also be mindful that Co's z class doesnt net the double miles.
