I recently booked (at my Dw's request) flights from Stansted to Klagenfurt, which is a much easier drive to our destination than SZG.

We'd have paid about £240 each to fly BA, but the total for two on Ryan Air is £196, made up of about £40 in base fares, plus baggage, admin, etc. I don't like RA and worry about reliability etc, but on price and punctuality (usually), they are difficult to beat.

It's not usually worth paying extra for priority boarding on the return, but can be good at Stansted.
